Credits pay for model and tool usage. The amount depends on the model, prompt, conversation context, output and tools you use.

What does the Free plan include?
Sign up without a card and receive 250 credits after email verification. Use them for Arya and selected text and image requests. Work and live Voice require Plus; video, music and other models have separate access rules.
What is included with Plus?
Plus includes Work and live Voice access, default Arya chat in the app, and 2,000 credits each month. Other models, media, Work tools, Voice and API requests can consume credits. Model and service limits apply.
What changes with Plus Premium?
Plus Premium includes the Plus capabilities with 12,000 credits each month and up to 10 active Work sessions, compared with 3 on Plus. It also has a higher daily API request limit; model, rate and credit limits still apply.
Does every chat or Work task have the same price?
No. Credit use depends on the model, prompt, conversation context, output and tools. Default Arya chat in the app is included with Plus; Free Chat and API requests use different credit rules. An estimate or temporary hold can differ from completed usage and the final account charge.
Is the annual price charged monthly?
No. The displayed $16.67 Plus monthly equivalent means $200.00 billed annually. Premium’s $83.25 equivalent means $999.00 billed annually. Choose monthly billing if you want the displayed monthly plan; check the final checkout period and amount.
What happens when credits run out?
Requests needing credits cannot run without enough eligible balance. Included default Arya chat can remain available while your Plus entitlement is active and applicable service limits permit it. Check your allowance refresh, purchased balance and selected model before retrying.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly included credits refresh and unused allowance does not accumulate. Purchased personal credits carry forward and do not expire, subject to account restrictions, termination and applicable terms. Promotional credits and company balances can have different conditions.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Manage the subscription through its original billing provider. Normal cancellation stops the next renewal and retains the paid period; refund conditions are separate. Store purchases use their store’s management process. Auto Top-Up is a separate authorization and must be managed separately.
Are purchases refundable?
Credit and subscription purchases are generally non-refundable, with billing-error exceptions and mandatory rights described in the Refund Policy. Contact support about duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charges, or missing purchased credits. Canceling does not itself refund a completed purchase.
Can I export my account data?
Use the account export controls for supported JSON or ZIP records. Check its counts and truncation information; the archive is not every file’s binary contents, a complete machine backup or an automatic restore of all settings. See the Data Export reference.
Do website and app-store purchases work the same way?
Available plans, prices, currencies, payment methods and management controls can differ by purchase channel. Review the actual checkout before subscribing, and use the original provider for cancellation or store refunds. The figures here are website USD references.
