Are default model messages free in the API?
No. Not included in API. All API requests use credits, including with the default Arya model (minimum 1 credit per request). Free default model messages apply to in-app chat only.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Are there refunds?
Due to computational costs, all purchases are final. See our refund policy for limited exceptions.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can continue using our default AI for free. To use other models, purchase additional credits or wait for your monthly reset.
Do credits expire?
Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs never expire.
