How Credits Work

Credits are used for third-party AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). Our default AI is always free for Plus subscribers in the app. Not included in API — API requests always use credits.

What is Plus Premium?

Plus Premium is a web-only plan for businesses and power users: everything in Plus, plus 12,000 monthly credits (6× Plus), a 50,000 requests/day API limit, and priority email support. $99/month or $999/year.

Are default model messages free in the API?

No. Not included in API. Arya API requests cost 1 credit per 32,000 input tokens (minimum 1 per request). Free default model messages apply to in-app chat only.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Are there refunds?

Due to computational costs, all purchases are final. See our refund policy for limited exceptions.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Plus subscribers keep chatting with our default AI for free in the app — it never costs credits. On the free tier, you can earn bonus credits (daily check-ins, referrals, and one-time rewards), purchase a credit pack that never expires, or upgrade to Plus.

Do credits expire?

Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs never expire.
