Admin visibility, personal data separation, sharing, and offboarding.
Gab AI Business is set up from Settings → Business on the website, with an account that has a verified email address.
Company owners and admins need usage information to manage spending. Usage reports show who used credits, when, on which feature or model, and how much was used or remains pending. A billing or admin role alone does not open another member’s private prompts, chats, files, or outputs.
Creating or joining a business adds a paid seat to your existing Gab AI account. Your history, files, and memory stay private. Purchased personal credits remain separate. If your existing plan covers the owner’s seat, its unused included credits join the company pool. Joining as a teammate does not move your personal credits or cancel your subscription.
Chats and tasks stay private to the person who created them. Business does not add company-wide sharing of chats, files, or tasks. Changing your billing source does not move content or expand access.
Business does not provide shared company connectors. Personal connector credentials and browser sessions stay with the account that connected them and are not shared with the company.
Removal ends the Business seat and blocks new company-funded usage. Already-dispatched work can still generate pending charges. The member keeps their account and private history. Company usage and activity records remain available to owners and admins for accounting. A billing-role change does not delete or export anyone’s data. Contact ai@gab.com for data access or deletion requests.
The Gab AI privacy policy describes current service practices. Business adds the owner and admin usage visibility described above. These guides do not promise SSO, a separate data-processing agreement, or provider-specific training exclusions.
