The Files feature allows you to upload documents and have AI-powered conversations about their content. Ask questions, get summaries, extract data, or compare multiple documents with ease.

Supported File Types
Gab AI can process many file types:

Uploading Files
There are multiple ways to upload files:
Chat attachment β Click the π icon in the chat input
Drag and drop β Drop files directly into the chat area
Files page β Upload and manage files from the Files section
Copy/paste β Paste images directly from clipboard
Chatting with Files
Once uploaded, you can ask questions about your files:
Summarize β 'Give me a summary of this document'
Extract β 'What are the key points from this PDF?'
Analyze β 'What trends do you see in this spreadsheet?'
Compare β 'How do these two documents differ?'
Code review β 'Review this code for potential bugs'
Multi-File Conversations
Upload multiple files and ask questions that reference them all. AI can compare, contrast, and synthesize information across documents.
Managing Your Files
Access the Files section from the sidebar to manage your uploaded files:
