Copy the export prompt — Open the Import Memories tool from your Memory page and copy the provided prompt. This prompt is specially written to ask your old AI to export all of its stored context about you.
Paste the prompt into your old AI — Open a conversation with your previous AI provider (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and paste the prompt. It will output a list of everything it remembers about you.
Paste the results back into Gab AI — Copy the response from your old AI and paste it into the import tool. Gab AI will automatically parse each entry into individual memories that you can review, toggle on or off, and edit before saving.
