The chat interface is where you'll spend most of your time with Gab AI. Simply type your message in the input field at the bottom and press Enter to send. The AI will respond in the conversation thread above.
Press Enter to send a message. Use Shift+Enter to add a new line without sending. Press / to quickly access commands.
The quality of your prompts directly affects the quality of AI responses. Here are some tips for better results:
By default, Gab AI uses intelligent routing to select the best model for your request. You can also manually select a model using the model selector button near the input field.
Our default AI is free for Plus subscribers in the app. Not included in API — API requests always use credits. Other models use credits based on message length and model capability. Check the Credits page for details.

You can attach files to your messages for the AI to analyze: Click the attachment button (📎) in the input area to upload files, or simply drag and drop files directly into the chat.
