Understanding the Interface

The Gab AI interface is designed to be intuitive: Sidebar (Left) — Navigate between features: Chat, Images, Videos, Music, Agents, Collections, Files, and Settings. Chat Area (Center) — Your conversation history with the AI. Messages are grouped by conversation. Input Bar (Bottom) — Type your messages here. Use the attachment button to upload files or images. Model Selector — Choose a specific AI model or let auto-routing decide for you.

  1. Create Your Account — Visit gab.ai and click "Get Started" to create your free account. You can sign up with your email address. You'll get 150 free credits to explore the platform.
  2. Start Your First Chat — Once signed in, you'll land on the main chat interface. Simply type your message in the input field and press Enter. Our intelligent routing will automatically select the best AI model for your request.
  3. Try Different Features — Explore the sidebar to discover all features: generate images, create videos, make music, upload files, and more. Each feature is accessible directly from the main navigation.
  4. Upgrade to Plus (Optional) — The free tier has limited messages. Upgrade to Plus for free default model messages in the app (not included in API), 2,000 monthly credits for other models, and premium features like AI Memory and Collections.
